Cancellations

Please call, text, or email within business hours at least 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

There is a $50 cancellation fee for less than 24-hour's notice. No show and last minute cancellations will be charged in full.

Payment

Payment in full is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Venmo.

I am not currently accepting health insurance but can supply a superbill for you to submit to your provider if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
