Hi! Im Nicolette, a desert mermaid, intuitive listener, lover of all animals and magical adventures, food  and wine enthusiast, and the creatress behind Desert Sol Alchemy. I am a free spirited, native New  Mexican, who has extensively studied several healing traditions throughout my life.

I have earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of New Mexico and a  Master’s degree in Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and herbalism from The Oregon College of Oriental  Medicine. In addition to studying Traditional Chinese Medicine in Portland, I participated in a year-long  Classical Acupuncture Mentorship Program taught by the revered Sean Tuten.

 As I made my move back to the desert landscape to start my practice, I became a licensed Doctor of  Oriental Medicine through the New Mexico State Office of Boards and Commisions. During this time, I  discovered a beautiful approach to Internal Pelvic Attunement through my mentor and teacher Ami  Opal, and by the Holistic Pelvic Care (TM) teachings of Tami Kent. I am proud to be a certified holistic  internal pelvic care practitioner, one of very few in the state of New Mexico. I also hold certifications as  a registered yoga teacher and a birth and post-partum doula.

 I have spent the last 21+ years working in the restaurant industry where I have cultivated my love for  listening and human connection. Throughout this life journey, I have been gifted so many guides,  teachers, moments, memories, and connections that kept me going and forever changed my life. I am  humbled and grateful to join this community and can’t wait to meet all of you!
