Policies
Please call, text, or email, within business hours, at least 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
There is a $50 cancellation fee for less than 24-hour's notice. No show and last minute cancellations will be charged in full.

For all new patients, a 50% deposit will be required prior to booking your first appointment.
Payment in full is due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment are cash, credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, + Venmo.

I am in process to credential with Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico. Contact me for more information. I can supply a superbill for you to submit to your provider if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
